Cancellation Policy

NaathBehavior ABA Services Cancellation Policy BCBA Consultation for Individual Families and Organizations Purpose This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for canceling BCBA Consultation appointments with NaathBehavior ABA Services. The goal is to ensure fairness, efficiency, and respect for the time of both families, organizations, and our staff. Cancellation Policy for Individual Families • Families must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a BCBA Consultation appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled consultation rate. • Missed appointments without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full consultation fee. • Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of NaathBehavior ABA Services. Cancellation Policy for Organizations • Organizations must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of BCBA Consultation appointments. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the contracted consultation rate. • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged the full consultation fee. • Written notice of cancellation should be sent via email to the designated contact at NaathBehavior ABA Services. • Exceptions for emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Policy Enforcement NaathBehavior ABA Services reserves the right to enforce this policy and to make adjustments as needed to maintain service quality and fairness.
